Located in Denver Housing Authority’s Mariposa District, the Collaborative Resource Facility brings together office for DHA staff, training facilities for residents, space for community meetings, and the “Mercado at Mariposa,” a market that provides affordable, fresh foods as well as a central place for locals to sell products and incubate their small businesses.
The transit-oriented development is located just north of the 10th and Osage light rail station and is accessible through multi-modal transit to the Central Business District. The iconic building is highly visible from light rail and from the I-25 Corridor.
