French 75, located in the heart of Denver's central business district, utilizes an existing 2,800 SF high-volume space. A new 700 SF mezzanine was added to increase seating and provide a private group dining area. The open-concept kitchen as well as the material palette – bronze-toned metal, hand-painted tile, and reclaimed brick – give the restaurant a high-end aesthetic while remaining casual enough for the everyday diner.
